Water Interface Kit
The Water Interface Kit is part of the Water Management System - designed to aid control of potable water in public spaces such as marinas with facilities to load water onto pleasure boats and tourist areas with water a critical part of the infrastructure.
The Interface Kit consists of a solenoid valve, cold water potable water meter fitted with a datalogger (pulse communication module). The water meter and solenoid valve are connected in line between the water inlet and outlet and the datalogger connected to either a contactless or coin-operated control unit (control unit sold separately). The number of litres for a single payment can be programmed from 1 litre to 127 litres in 1 litre increments as standard or 10 litres to 1,270 litres in 10 litre increments. The digital display counts down the number of litres used until zero when the solenoid valve closes shutting off the water supply
Water can be temporarily stopped and started by pressing a red pushbutton on the control unit. An auto timeout can be programmed, if required, so that the system is rest if no activity for one minute.
