Manufacture and processing time

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Leisure Controls International Ltd (LCI). We manufacture our products to order in our factory in Blandford Forum, UK. For some of our products this means that there will be a lead time of ~4 to 7 days before they ship. Once an order is placed we will be only too happy to provide an estimate date for shipment.

Where possible we provide a variety of shipping options. However, our shipping costs are calculated by weight, and this will ultimately decide the options available, and the cost for shipping.

Domestic shipping rates 

We offer three methods of delivery for domestic delivery, detailed below. Currently, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. A signature will be required on delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout once a postcode has been validated. Our rates are closely monitored to ensure they cover our costs of shipping, and no more.

If your chosen shipment method is by courier, you will be emailed a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.

International shipping rates 

International delivery is available by courier only. Please see below for a breakdown of our charges. The Rest of the World fee is generated as an average cost of shipping internationally. Please contact us directly if you would like us to generate a bespoke shipping quote your order. Alternatively, we are happy to coordinate with you to use your own shipping account/courier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

LCI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during, or after shipping, (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


We take pride in ensuring all deliveries are packaged to avoid damage in transit. If however, you received your order damaged, you must contact LCI within 2 business days to allow us to file a claim with the relevant courier.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before making a claim.
