We offer an advanced replacement parts service in case of malfunctioning of any of our meters within the warranty period of 12 months. If a problem occurs whilst under warranty, please contact LCI by phone first in order to obtain an appropriate replacement part and returns number. A credit/debit card deposit is required as assurance against non-return of the faulty part. Once the replacement is received, the faulty product should be returned to LCI. Failure to return the faulty product within 14 days of delivery of the replacement part will result in a charge being made against the credit/debit card. This service is offered to ensure downtime is reduced to a minimum.

Alternatively the mal-functioning unit may be uninstalled and returned to LCI for replacement or repair. In all cases a returns number must be obtained from LCI before returning faulty units.

Please note that Hairdryer Handsets/Heaters are only covered by a 3 month warranty policy.

If warranty has expired please refer to the normal repairs service.
