Product Information
The LT3100 is a versatile coin or token operated timer, encased in flame retardant, impact resistant ABS plastic. It is programmable from one second to 99 hours and 59 minutes. Standard features include digital display, resettable and non-resettable coin and hour counters, dual or single coin operation, auxiliary run-on relay, run-on time, pre-start waiting time and pre-end warning settings. The time period may be set in minutes and seconds or hours and minutes mode.
Power consumption of the timer is approximately 22W (at 230V AC). Loads of up to 3kVA (13A resistive) can be switched directly by the timer, which is typically 15 100W incandescent or five 100W fluorescent lamps.
Optional Extras
The versatility of the LT3100K may be further increased with several optional extras:
Key-operated over-ride (LT3100K)
Fitting a key over-ride switch makes it possible for the output to be turned on permanently. This is useful for match tournaments on tennis courts and similar facilities or for ease of servicing equipment.
Stop-start facility (LT3100S)
This feature is particularly useful where the equipment being controlled by the timer needs to be temporarily turned off, for example snooker lighting, air conditioners, etc. When the STOP button is pressed the load turns off and the timer ceases to count down. When the START button is pressed the load is turned on and the timer starts counting down again.
